    Thanks for commenting Morten! The name of this fish is Koi and yes they can be eaten but they are mostly kept as pets.

    Oh my! Look how big they are! Unfortunately up here in Canada, we cannot keep our pond fish outdoors all year... otherwise they turn into fishsicles!
