My son and I went to Anegada BVI, on August 11, 2010, and he took me to this spot where there were some sinking houses. Apparently there is some serious coastal erosion going on in Anegada.

But no one is living there right? now why would they build that house so close to the coastline. They didn't even leave space for when the tide is high.
ReplyDeleteI think these houses were built for temporary lodging for visitors to Anegada. I had the same discussion with my son as to why would the architect would even think of constructing a building so close to the coastline. Makes no sense!
