    Thank you Mr. Papa! Oh yes these birds are very noisy, they are called the Laughing Gulls. Sometimes we have lunch at the cruise ship dock, road town, tortola and they would fly very low looking to see when we would throw food out of the window. On a few occassions, they would catch the food while they are in the air!
