Fresh Corn On The Cob


One of co workers brought me a few of these fresh corns yesterday.  I love fresh corn!  I boiled them and had them for dinner.  They tasted really good!  Reminds me of when we go to the farmers market in Trinidad and Tobago, you can get these fresh corn in abundance when they are in season.  Here are a few recipes that I make with these fresh corn:  Boil Corn and Curry Corn

    They really tasted good! I like Roast Corn the best. Another option is to put some coconut milk when boiling them! Yum!!!
