Open coconut

I am presently working on a project for my cooking website and was taking some pictures of my husband cutting open a coconut.  This is one of my favorite pictures.  The name of the project is 'how to open a coconut'.

    Martina, this is a gorgeous photo! Makes me worried he might cut his hand though! (Although I'm sure he's so used to cutting coconuts, but still, that knife looks dangerous...)

    This is great and the nut is much fresher than the cocnuts we can get here.
